At Home Cornwall is a family-run business born and bred in Cornwall. With over 35 years of combined experience in the property industry, we have created a modern approach to the home buying and selling process. We also benefit from a wealth of experience working within the construction industry. Over time We have built strong relationships with architects, planning consultants, building inspectors and developers. This enables us to assist you in all aspects of buying, selling, renovating and building. Unlike larger agents, we provide a personal, bespoke service dedicated to either finding your dream home or selling your existing property.

Richard, Hannah and Mark will always be your main points of contact and will help you every step of the way.

Richard

Richard – Grew up in Cornwall, and lived his school years on the Roseland Peninsula. After leaving school Richard built a successful career in the construction industry, with over 25 years of experience in property building, site management, design and build manager, and logistics project manager and knows all there is to know about properties from the ground up. Over time Richard has built strong relationships with architects, planning consultants, building inspectors and developers. enabling us to assist you in all aspects of buying, selling, renovating and building. In his spare time, Richard likes to spend time with his wife and children (all 5 of them!), being outdoors and being part of Perranporth Surf Club and nippers. Hannah

Hannah has grown up in Cornwall, living her school years on the Roseland Peninsula. Hannah has built a wealth of knowledge in IT, administration, gained a strong background in sales progression, marketing and contractual handling running and managing successful businesses. Hannah is results-focused, driven by providing exceptional customer service at all times and is the backbone of the team’s administration. In Hannah’s spare time she loves to be with her family, enjoys running and being part of her community including Perranporth Surf Club and Nippers.

Mark

Mark has grown up in Cornwall, living his school years on the Roseland Peninsula. After leaving school Mark built a successful career in the finance and sales sector in Cornwall with over 16 years’ worth of experience, he has a strong background in sales, negotiating, and establishing customers’ needs and desires while building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships. He has a wealth of knowledge in the property industry providing professional, honest, and reliable advice to all. Mark now resides on the rugged North coast where he can ensure his out of work interests are met, Mark enjoys surfing, spending family days at the beach with his wife and daughter and being outdoors.
